Please join Timothy Crimmins as he discusses the Intel’s Technology and Development organization's key role in developing the world’s most advanced integrated circuit technologies and designing key components of microprocessor products.

Dr. Timothy Crimmins is responsible for patterned, optical inspection at Intel. Tim has had process and equipment development responsibilities for various photon and electron based wafer inspection tools in every technology node from 130nm through 7nm where his accomplishments have included the Intel introduction of electron beam wafer inspection and DUV inspection.
