AstraZeneca Information Session At AstraZeneca, our BioPharmaceutical Development (BPD) group’s two-year Rotational Associate Program enables recent graduates to join us in making a difference to people’s lives every day. In BPD, our work focuses on transforming molecules into medicines. This program provides experience in the development of manufacturing processes and dosage forms for BioPharmaceutical products – everything from molecule discovery to packaging the final product. The BPD RAP is a two-year program comprised of three 8-month rotational assignments in different functions of the BPD department. The rotational assignments are carefully tailored to enable growth and development of the program associates and provide them with both technical skills as well as a broad drug development understanding. Participants will work on challenging technical projects supporting the development of protein therapeutics in the areas of Cell Culture and Fermentation, Purification, Analytics and Protein Characterization, Formulation, Delivery Devices, Clinical Logistics and/or Manufacturing.
