Multi-Dimensional Integration is a rapidly growing controls engineering firm with Pennsylvania offices in Shrewsbury and Allentown and most recently, a presence in Raleigh-Durham, NC. We provide a wide variety of services within the Industrial & Manufacturing Controls and Automation field of engineering. MDI hires students and graduates from every engineering discipline from colleges all over the nation. Our internships are very immersive and give students the ability to receive a tremendous amount of hands-on learning while working in the field alongside our engineers. 79% of our Summer 2021 and 87% of our Fall 2022 interns received offers for full-time employment or return internships depending on their graduation date. In 2022 we recruited from 36 schools in 17 states and hired a total of 36 full-time engineers, 45 college student interns, 5 high school interns, 7 technicians, 2 contractors and 2 administrative employees. With 16 full-time engineers, 32 college student interns, 3 high school interns and 1 administrative employee already slated to join us in 2023 we hope to make this our biggest year of growth yet! Founded in 1987 by our company founder, MDI is excited to have grown to a current approximate 231 team members: now comprised of engineers, technicians, year-round rotating student interns and quickly expanding sales, recruiting and administrative teams. Even with our continued growth, we continue to work diligently to maintain the flat structured company culture we cherish. MDI is consistently looking to fill full-time and internship positions in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, logistics, food & beverage, government, cosmetics and many more.
